If you purchase a non-customized product (such as standard-sized jewelry), you have the right to return it within 30 days of receipt.
The conditions are: the product has not been worn, is undamaged, and all original packaging (including certificates) are complete.
We will process your refund within 5-10 business days after receiving the returned item and confirming its condition (refund will be returned via the original payment method).
2. Exclusive Guarantee for Custom Orders
A custom ring is a unique embodiment of your story, therefore it is not eligible for unconditional returns. However, we offer you deeper support:
First Size Adjustment: We offer one ring resizing service at cost price (within technically feasible limits).
Craftsmanship Quality Commitment: If the delivered product has craftsmanship defects, we promise to repair or remake it free of charge.
Lifetime Support: We provide clear cleaning and maintenance advice, and lifetime paid refurbishment and repair services.
3. Problem Resolution Process
If you encounter any problems, our commitment is:
Respond within 24 hours and confirm the situation with you.
Within 72 hours, provide a fact-based solution (such as repair, replacement, or other compensation).
